WEATHER SYNOPSIS FOR MONDAY AND TUESDAY
An upper level low pressure center is forming off the 
northern California coast Monday afternoon with associated 
showers rotating into the Sierra Mountains. A strong upper 
ridge of high pressure extends inland across B.C. while 
strong surface high pressure is centered over southern B.C. 
and northeast Washington early. This pattern is causing 
strong northeast flow aloft over the Pacific Northwest
