This Google map shows the location of all fatal US incidents during the 2021-22 season. There were 14 incidents and 17 deaths. Click the icon at the top left to open a list on the left. Then you can click on the V next to our URL to open the description.
You can click on any incident either in the list or on the map to zoom in on it and read the description. There will be a link to the file in our archives. (There seems to be a quirk with Google in that the first one you click from the list may not zoom properly. After that it works correctly even for the same incident.)
The icon at the bottom left of this page will take you back to the main incidents page, you can find our graphs for the season by clicking here for Incidents -> Statistics -> 2021-22.
